Job Title: Site Supervisors

Job Location: Ibadan – Ilorin Axis

Job Description:

 

  • Determining and coordinating the needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) and report to the General Manager, Construction and Operations.
  • Ensures good communication across all facilities, so maintenance issues can be adequately addressed and actions completed.
  • Works actively to remove barriers to help ensure maintenance / project / turn-around work activities meet its cost and time delivery goals.
  • Plan and coordinate the setup of temporary swamp site offices and accommodation\Develop work packages aimed at zero re-work and exceptional quality.
  • Track and measure crew productivity to meet guidelines.
  • Ensure all activities related to crew welfare and security around equipment and materials are adequately catered for and monitored.
  • Oversee site operations on a day-to-day basis to ensure work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards.
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor all repair and maintenance works (preventive and corrective) to be executed by the maintenance team.
  • Proactively interface with all stakeholders to align and deliver maintenance service that supports and enables value for money, business operations, and ensures a timely resolution to customer issues.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and professional certification in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an Engineering or Construction environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands on experience in pipeline laying and maintenance projects.
  • Advanced knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans.

Job Title: HSE Officers

Job Location: Lagos, Ibadan – Ilorin Axis

Employment Status: Contract

Job Description:

 

  • Support the Project Department and the organization with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department / organizational objectives are met.
  • Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
  • Support the Project Department in ensuring HSE compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business.
  • Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.
  • Provide support to the department on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives.
  • Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirements
  • Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response systems, etc.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum First Degree in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline.
  • Possess certification in NEBOSH
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas onshore Construction Industry.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong passion for HSE and related activities.
  • Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Word and Power point.
  • Able to work independently and meticulous.

 

Job Title: QA/QC Engineers

Job Location: Ibadan – Ilorin Axis

Employment Status: Contract

Job Description:

  • Preparation of QA/QC project documents which includes but not limited to Inspection and test plan and the following procedures- Field document change procedure, Field joint coating procedures, Radiographic inspection procedure, Welding inspection procedure, Welding process method statement, Welding Procedure specification, Weld repair procedure, Stream and wetland crossing procedure, Equipment and material handling procedure, etc.
  • Prepare WPS for the flow lines and structural steel welding work.
  • Prepare QA/QC work procedures which and ITP for flow lines, Painting/Coating, hydro test, Valves and Fittings testing and Change-out.
  • Conduct receiving inspection on fittings materials.
  • Conduct on-site inspection of the sequence for illegal valve/fittings removal and blinding of the illegally installed points on dedicated trunk lines.
  • Conduct welder’s qualification test with the approved adopted WQT for flow line welding and structural steel welding.
  • Conduct site pre-mobilization of equipment for construction work.
  • Preparation of NDT request for completed joints.
  • Audit of subcontractors for equipment pre-mobilization activities.
  • Any other duties as advised by Management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum First Degree in Engineering, with specialization in QHSE or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • Advanced knowledge in Welding and Non-Destructive Testing.
  • Experienced in Structural Fabrication
  • Extensive knowledge in developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)
  • Proficient in the use of codes and application standards such as ASME sections IX and B31.3, B31.8, API 1104, AWS D1.1, and help to champion ISO 9001: 2008.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHA 18001, ISM, ISPS standards and HSE management systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong passion for HSE and related activities.
  • Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Word and Power point.
  • Able to work independently and meticulous.
